「鳳凰」襲菲釀豪雨 3死47萬人受災

菲律賓首都大馬尼拉等多個省市，今天（19日）因持續降雨造成嚴重災情，菲國官方晚間表示至少已造成3人死亡、1人失蹤、47萬多人受災。

中新社報導，菲國氣象局下午5時通報，「鳳凰」颱風今天稍早在呂宋島東北端登陸，中心最大風力時速達75公里，隨後以每小時19公里的速度向西北方向移動，預計20日下午離開菲律賓。

受「鳳凰」和西南季風共同影響，菲國首都大馬尼拉地區與多個省份造成大雨傾盆，大面積的淹水讓一些地方甚至淹沒屋頂，大批居民緊急疏散到安全地帶。

菲國官方下午發出災情通報，表示菲國北部的伊羅戈斯、卡拉巴松、民馬羅巴、大馬尼拉等地，至少出現105處洪澇災情，累計已有10萬多個家庭、47萬人口受災，其中有4萬多人被疏散到63個避難中心，另有6000多人在避難中心外接受救助。

菲律賓氣象局預計，大馬尼拉地區與呂宋島其他省市仍有雷雨，可能會引發新的洪水和土石流災情。
