黃絲帶也不讓發！港府否認打壓學生運動

香港將軍澳官立中學有學生主動派發黃絲帶，聲援學界罷課爭取普選。但該校「德育公民及國民教育學生關注組」在臉書披露活動遭校方阻撓，包括禁止學生穿校服派發黃絲帶、禁止派發範圍更從學校門口申延至數百公尺外的賽馬會診所、巴士站與行人天橋，更宣稱任何人在禁區內派發黃絲帶或傳單都會遭到驅趕，還警告學生會通知其家長。

關注組成員表示，校方違背當初與學生達成的協議，將派發黃絲帶的禁區範圍擴大，即使學生表明願意穿便服派發黃絲帶，還主動在手冊寫便條讓家長簽名，以證明家長知情，但校長仍拒絕接受。校方更聲言如發現學生在範圍內派發黃絲帶，會要求學生回校否則會處分。

關注組質疑派發黃絲帶的範圍乃公眾場所、並非校內，學校無權打壓學生運動。但教育局回應香港《蘋果》查詢時否認該校有設立「禁區」，只承認校方曾提醒學生在校外參與政治活動，例如派發宣傳品，應先徵求家長同意。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
