美味的藝術 裕珍馨推餅模展

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中12日電）糕餅精製的立體造型雕紋，大多是餅模壓製而成，台中大甲裕珍馨三寶文化館展出雕刻師傅鄭永斌的收藏展，呈現餅模雕刻藝術。

台中知名糕餅老店大甲區裕珍馨成立三寶文化館已有10年，即日起至11月23日推出「食器時代--鄭永斌收藏創作展」，展出手工雕刻餅模師傅鄭永斌的收藏及創作。

三寶文化館指出，鄭永斌是國內少數還在從事手工餅模雕刻的專業師傅，從國中畢業後學習木刻，從事門花雕刻，並曾輾轉於高雄、三義及大溪等地學習神桌、廟宇雕刻，1981年投入食品模具雕刻，1986年成立沅豐食品模具行。

三寶文化館表示，餅模是台灣傳統的飲食祭祀器物，已經傳承了數百年，包含「餅印」、「糕印」、「粿印」、「糖塔」等4種。

三寶文化館表示，展出各式各樣的餅模，有半個身長的超大餅模，也有袖珍的小餅模，甚至還有清朝年間的瓷粿印，每個餅模都有獨特風格及故事，歡迎民眾參觀。1031012
