「黑道老大」誆淨身　奪女大生貞操

新竹有位廚師，不僅自稱是黑道老大還是位神棍，更惡劣的是還拐騙涉世未深的女大生，騙說能「淨身驅魔」奪走女大生的初夜。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，新竹市廚師鄭富謙利用大一女學生涉世未深，深信鬼神之說，自稱是黑道老大，還鬼話連篇藉口施以「淨身」儀式，騙奪女生初夜貞操後，一再編造「背後靈」恐嚇女生和他發生關係，最高法院以鄭惡性重大，維持一、二審判決，駁回鄭上訴，依三個妨害性自主罪重判鄭8年2月徒刑定讞。（葉國吏/綜合報導）
