華膳空廚聲明，華膳的所有自製商品均未使用豬油，廠內未使用任何「正義」的相關油品，日前主動通報的3項品項非華膳自製品。

華膳空廚發布聲明，華膳的所有自製商品均未使用豬油，廠內未使用任何「正義」的相關油品。餐點烹調用油均採用植物性油脂，烘焙類產品則採用紐澳進口奶油。但因部分媒體近日的報導方式誤導消費者，連累自製產品，造成商譽及實質損失。

華膳空廚表示，自強冠油品案爆發後，華膳要求外購商品的所有廠商均須提供其所用油品的廠商資料，並建檔備查，因此正義油品事件在10月8日爆發後，立即檢視外購品項資料，發現「蘿蔔絲餅」、「黑胡椒餅」與「蒜頭酥」等三項「外購品項」使用正義的豬油。

華膳說，當時第一時間即自行預防性下架，停止供應所有航班，並主動通報桃園縣政府衛生局。桃園縣衛生局隨後通報3項品項所屬轄區新北市衛生局進行後續辦理。

衛福部公告業者自行下架產品清單也已將華膳空廚移除，避免消費者誤解3項產品為華膳自製產品。(中央社)
