狠心的主人！1隻10個月大博美狗，因脊椎骨折導致癱瘓，主人竟然用黑色塑膠袋包裹，裡頭還放1塊恐會導致狗狗死亡的巧克力，丟到新北市某一社區的垃圾車裡，被民眾發現把博美狗救起送醫。

據《蘋果日報》報導，前(23)天社區警衛發現黑色塑膠袋發出狗叫聲，打開發現是隻博美狗，裡頭有水、飼料和巧克力，社區居民連忙將牠送醫，才發現博美狗的下半身癱瘓。

醫生表示，應該是嚴重撞擊導致博美狗脊椎骨折、深層痛覺消失，復元的可能性不高。新北市動保處調閱監視器發現，1名戴白色安全帽騎機車的可疑男子，將循線追查。
