如果有人匿名在網路上散佈不實訊息，詆毀他人名譽，或是公然侮辱其他人，即便檢察官想要調取資料，依法不能聲請法院調取，法院依法不能同意。所以，如果在網路上被匿名或是非真實姓名的人污辱、誹謗，一旦提告，檢察官也愛莫能助
