找友善的房客,單人或雙人皆可。
房間與屋子家具設備齊全,客廳還有豪華音響,你可以看電影,享受家庭劇院喔。所有電器與廚房用品均可使用。(可參考房子圖片)

House: 3房,2廳,1衛,1大庭院(可停車), 或停房子前也可。
Room: 大雙人床, 書桌,櫃子,寢具全包含,拎包即可入住。

交通:門口有bus (175,174) 或走路5分鐘到bus(170,171,p176).可直達city(約15-20分),或到最大的shooping mall- Garden city.

購物:步行10分鐘可到一商場, 有超市,酒舖,炸魚店,pizza,subway, 藥店,,,等。

旁邊就是個大公園, 空氣新鮮, 可方便運動或晨跑喔。讓你感覺住在大自然一樣舒服優~

目前房子內住了我和我男友, 還有另一對夫妻,所以剩一間房.
房客簡單,人數少,不用跟一堆人擠廁所和廚房...絕對物超所值!

房租: 雙人$ 180 (每人90) 單人$130. 每週
房租含所有bill (水,電還有超快無限wifi,洗衣精,衛生紙也都包含喔),,,,,,食物請自理~哈哈

押金是2週房租喔!!
