鄰居建築擔心危險

我們的房子是透天的，蓋了30年以上的房子，一整排的房子也是一起蓋的
鄰居最近要把房子變成套房３層樓要隔成１１間
昨天看到紅磚有５頓來要吊上去樓上
我們房子隔間都是用板子，就算隔都是很薄
我們在他左右的鄰居都很擔心房子不能夠承受乳此的重量
萬一有一天地震倒塌該怎麼？

請問我可以找什麼人反映？
