扁保外就醫案辜仲諒：這我不懂

中信金控前副董事長辜仲諒涉嫌紅火公司套利案，台灣高等法院今天開庭審理，辜仲諒面對法官提問，一概交由辯護律師回答。

開庭結束後，媒體詢問辜仲諒頂新集團賣101股權議題。辜仲諒說，他只是中國信託大股東、沒有什麼立場談，這個問題應該要問中國信託董事長。

媒體追問辜仲諒前總統陳水扁聲請保外就醫案，辜仲諒笑說，這個不知道是法律問題還是政治問題，他真的不懂。
