Note2手機加密裝置

我把手機用回原廠設定
可是為甚麼加密裝置除了"密碼"可以用以外
其他((滑動.臉部解鎖.臉部及語言.圖形.PIN.無))都不能用
有上網爬過文
說什麼把VPN刪掉.可是我沒有設定VPN
還有說什麼清除憑證.這個也沒用

有辦法可解嗎 ???
哪位好心人願意解答 T^T
