據傳俄羅斯總理麥維德夫已下達命令，要求大型國營出口商出售部分外匯收入，協助穩定盧布匯價。

俄羅斯日報23日報導，在未來兩個月內，這些國營出口商每日可能拋售近10億美元的外匯，若加上央行上周推出的政策工具，將有助盧布回穩。

收到命令的企業包括俄羅斯天然氣公司（Gazprom）、俄羅斯石油公司（Rosneft）與鑽石業者Alrosa等。盧布匯價23日盤中最多漲逾5%，報52.91盧布兌1美元。

俄羅斯央行23日也表示，為穩定盧布，將和出口商協議出售外匯收入。
