不滿高鐵財改未過　葉匡時請辭聲明全文

今天恰好為其生日的交通部長葉匡時，今天因高鐵財改案未過關，於晚間6時許宣布請辭。他表示，高鐵財務改善是他上任最重要的工作之一，也積極推動財改案，財改案是以全民利益為考量，但不幸外界對此多所誤解，有些媒體和專家甚至刻意模糊其精神，認為交通部要圖利特定財團，個人絕對無法接受，基於政務官為政策負責的理念，即日起將請辭交通部長，以示負責。（李姿慧／台北報導）
