美古巴展開歷史性會談盼重開大使館

古巴和美國官員今天展開里程碑會談，目標在恢復外交關係，及重開雙方數十年前關閉的大使館。

美國與古巴昨天展開首場高層會談，在移民政策上立場分歧。

儘管古巴反對，美國誓言繼續給予古巴移民特別地位，讓幾乎每個抵達美國國土的古巴人能留在美國，其他國家國民若在類似情況下抵美則會遭驅逐出境。

今天雙方討論恢復外交關係，最終完全開放貿易及旅遊關係。

美國總統歐巴馬和古巴總統勞爾．卡斯楚（RaulCastro）去年12月17日宣布，經18個月祕密談判達成歷史性突破後，這2天會議是雙方首場會談。
