陳保基：禽流感打疫苗不利防疫

（中央社記者楊淑閔台北24日電）禽流感疫情未歇，有學者投書主張施打疫苗。農委會主委陳保基表示，連日本專家也認為，禽流感打疫苗效果不見得好，反而會提供病毒變異機會，台灣不會打禽流感疫苗。

農委會家畜衛生試驗所所長蔡向榮說，已與日本專家通聯交換防疫實務經驗與病毒專業，獲悉禽流感疫苗施打效果不見得好，反助益病毒重組、病變，包含日本、韓國等國家，都不打禽流感疫苗；中國大陸有施打，病毒型最多，並隨候鳥往其他國家帶。

農委會動植物防疫檢疫局局長張淑賢指出，疫苗裡有死病毒，也有活病毒，施打禽流感疫苗會讓已經一再重組的禽流感病毒提供變異機會，反而不利防疫，撲殺、移動管制、消毒等才是防疫、清除病毒存在的重點。

陳保基重申，2013年爆發的舊型H5N2高病原禽流感病毒沒有清乾淨，這次禽流感疫情爆發，首要任務是要將病毒清乾淨。1040124
