殺手住在我家隔壁　套房月租5500元

殺手陳福祥落網，與他「比鄰而居」的鄰居，只有一窗之隔。
 
今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，陳福祥在桃園21世紀大廈落網，該棟大樓不時傳出吸毒、砍殺等糾紛，警方每天巡邏。專案小組推測，陳福祥以為「最危險就是最安全的地方」，才會選擇這裡藏匿。
 
與陳福祥藏匿房間僅一窗之隔的鄰居說，陳偶爾開音樂，有時窗簾沒關，會看到有人進進出出。
 
屋主表示，套房約10坪，月租5500元，他直到接獲警方通知，才知道陳福祥藏在他的房子裡。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
