頂新獻金案特偵組傳林孝平

（中央社記者劉世怡台北27日電）最高法院檢察署特別偵查組偵辦頂新集團獻金案，今天下午傳喚智原科技前總經理林孝平作證，訊後請回。

庭訊逾40分結束，林孝平面對媒體提問時，僅答「沒有參加（密會），不知怎麼回事」，隨即離去。

媒體人陳敏鳳日前撰文指出，包含林孝平等12位科技界名人在民國96年間密會討論捐政治獻金，錢疑似交給時任總統參選人馬英九的幕僚。

媒體工作者周玉蔻去年底指稱，馬團隊收頂新集團新台幣2億元政治獻金。特偵組分查字案，由檢察官林宗志偵辦。1040127
