美國12月新屋銷售上升11.6%至年率48.1萬棟

美國商務部周二公布，美國12月新屋大幅上升，助使全年銷售較2013年溫和上升。

12月獨棟式新屋銷售上升11.6%至年率48.1萬棟。

接受MarketWatch調查的分析師平均預估，12月新屋銷售年率為45.5萬棟。

11月新屋銷售由43.8萬棟修正為43.1萬棟。

12月新屋銷售較去年同期上升8.8%。

2014年全年新屋銷售為43.5萬棟，較2013年的42.9萬棟上升1.2%。

新屋銷售仍大幅低於2005年所創高點近140萬棟。

12月新屋銷售中間價格為298100美元，較去年同期上漲8.2%。

2014年，新屋銷售中間價格為283600美元，較前一年上漲5.5%。
