【大紀元1月27日報導】（中央社台北27日電）美國總統歐巴馬訪問印度首都3天，吸入全球最毒空氣，這可能讓他的壽命減少約6小時。

彭博報導，美國總統專機空軍一號25日在新德里霧霾中降落，隔天歐巴馬和印度總理莫迪（Narendra Modi）參加印度共和日閱兵儀式時，霧霾影響飛越2位領袖上空戰機的能見度。出席閱兵是歐巴馬此行的重點儀式。

德里細懸浮微粒濃度全球最高，此物質會引發呼吸疾病、肺癌及心臟病。世界衛生組織（WHO）去年5月引述印度政府數據顯示，印度首都2013年細懸浮微粒濃度每立方公尺平均153微克，那是世衛建議的每年平均曝露值的15倍。

根據印度地球科學部搜集數據，歐巴馬訪問印度3天期間，德里細懸浮微粒平均濃度介於每立方公尺76到84微克。歐巴馬今天離開印度，前往沙烏地阿拉伯。

劍橋大學統計學家斯皮格霍爾特（David Spiegelhalter）表示，估計這相當於一天減損約2小時平均餘命。
