關於電費補繳問題

小弟我是營業用電
在去年11月電表停了
導致去年11 12月電表只卡在120度左右
但台電今年的1月初來裝新的電表
安裝好7天共跑281度
他說以這樣281度除7天 =40度一天
40x62天(去年11 12月份)共 2480度
他這樣計算叫我要補上這些錢

請問這樣合理嗎?

因為我是三項用電
全部電力都關了電表還是慢慢再走這樣正常嗎?
