固網下載實測　25M最穩、100M最差

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）今日公布固網寬頻上網速率量測結果，這次量測主要是分析民眾實際上網速率是否達到業者宣稱的網速「廣告速率達成率」，其中下載以申裝25Mbps的達成率最高，上傳則是申裝15Mbps最高。

根據量測統計，下載速率方面，達成率介於93.3%至110.3%，又以25Mbps用戶最高、達110.3%，最低為100Mbps，達成率為93.3%；整體約有95.6%用戶平均達成率超過90%。

上傳速率的達成率，介於88.4%至115.2%，達成率最高為15Mbps用戶115.2%，最低為64Kbps用戶88.4%；共95.5%用戶平均上傳達成率超過90%。

這份量測由NCC委託財團法人電信技術中心執行，採用硬體測試盒安裝於用戶家中、受測業者機房、量測中心伺服器，總有效樣本2880戶，產生有效量測數據約181萬餘筆，信心水準95%，抽樣誤差1.83個百分點。（張為竣／台北報導）
