周元粉絲會變個唱全程All Live

周元於1月23日至1月25日在東京和京都連續舉辦3場個人粉絲會「JOOWON 2015 SWEET SMILE LIVE」，以All Live演唱與3000名粉絲共度歡樂時光。

作為演員的周元結成4人組「周元樂隊」，在100分鐘內現場演唱了11首歌曲，展現了不亞於專業歌手的深厚演唱功底，且在無任何主持人的情況下獨自完成了整場演出。演唱電視劇《明日如歌》插曲時，周元突然現身觀眾席，引得粉絲尖叫不斷。

周元表示：「在舞臺上與粉絲們共同呼吸的瞬間讓我心情很激動。一回想當時的場景我就會心潮澎湃。因為沒有主持人，和樂隊一起演出我其實很緊張。很感謝粉絲們的支援，這是一場讓我難以忘懷的演出。”
