桃園市政府動物保護防疫處今天接獲通報，觀音區雞場有約2000隻雞死亡，動保處已採檢送驗，並實施移動管制。

桃園市動物保護防疫處下午2時30分接獲觀音區農戶通報，養雞場異常死亡約2000多隻，動保處接獲通報，立即派員前往養雞場採檢，下午4時後送農委會家畜衛生試驗所檢驗，並立即對該場雞隻實施移動管制。

動保處指出，此場共飼養4萬5000餘雞隻，來源地為南部，如送家衛所後確診感染H5型家禽流行性感冒，動保處將依照標準防疫作業程序辦理後續事宜。
