華邦電生育獎勵最高24萬

華邦電、信義房屋、金仁寶集團企業都獎勵員工生育並補助養育經費，華邦電對員工很照顧，每胎最多可領到24萬元，信義房屋則是第二胎起每胎有12萬元獎勵金。

華邦電提供任職滿一年的員工，每月可獲得5,000元育兒補助，直到滿4歲為止，換算最多可領24萬元。

華邦電至今已有454名員工獲得育兒補助，共誕生542名華邦電寶寶，其中包括17對雙胞胎。

信義房屋提供任職滿一年的員工生產第二胎以上，每胎提供12萬元獎勵金，2013年有38位員工申請，去年則有72位申請，累計已發出1,320萬元生育獎勵金。
