iPhone 照片數量不一

我手機是iPhone 5S
手機連接到iTunes
手機照片容量直接佔滿11G共有5300多張
可是我實際手機照片裡面卻只有2300張
我已經把照片給存入電腦且從手機刪掉照片了
照片佔的容量一直依然維持11G且iTunes和手機都還是顯示5300張
到底有沒有人知道..
這到底是發生什麼事了！
再不解決我的手機容量就要爆炸了...
