杜紫軍掌國發會蔡其昌：無人可用了

國發會主委管中閔請辭獲准，行政院宣布由政務委員杜紫軍接任國發會主委。民進黨團幹事長蔡其昌表示，這個政府已無人可用了，閣員像玩大風吹一樣，「這個辭就換那個接，吹來吹去都是同一群人」，杜紫軍接國發會主委，看守性質很強，反正有人撐著就好。

蔡其昌表示，內閣現在簡直呈現潰堤狀態，「杜紫軍擔任經濟部長時不喜歡到立法院備詢，現在又得回到立法院了。」
