馬來西亞民航局總監阿茲哈魯丁發表聲明表示，大馬政府在馬航MH370官網開設特別區塊，讓乘客家屬能掌握最新的確實消息。

聲明解釋，區塊內容除了最新的搜尋及調查結果，還有解決相關賠償程序、回應家屬質詢等。

阿茲哈魯丁（AzharuddinAbdul Rahman）強調，由於缺乏實物證據，特別是沒有飛行記錄儀資料，目前仍不能猜測MH370的失事原因。
