辛巴威家長超開放，擔心家中子女在外發生性行為，要求政府提供學生免費保險套，卻遭到教育部長杜庫拉拒絕。

據南非新聞網站「時報即時消息」（Times LIVE）報導，由於性行為年齡層逐漸的下降，日前傳出辛巴威政府將提供免費保險套給學生。

杜庫拉趕緊出面澄清，他表示，教育部早已通知學校積極宣導衛生教育課程，為學生們進入成年人做好準備，家長在整體教育中也扮演重要角色，不是什麼都推給政府與學校。

杜庫拉也指出，如果家長真的關心子女在外發生性行為，那就應該在準備中午便當時，將保險套放入便當袋中。
