前總理盈拉19日出庭泰國不准她出國

泰國軍政府發言人8日表示，政府已駁回前總理盈拉出國的請求，以確保她能在本月19日出庭，面對司法案件。

軍政府去年5月發動政變，推翻盈拉政府。盈拉上周被褫奪公權五年，並以涉及政府以高價向農民收購稻米遭到起訴。檢察總長將於本月19日向最高法院送出傳票，要求盈拉出庭。政府發言人說，盈拉要求8日到22日出國，但未獲批准。

盈拉律師表示，在檢察官研議此案和挑選審理此案的法官期間，盈拉至少有兩個月不需要出庭。
