雅虎購物中心買手機鑑賞期內因有髒汙不能退請教

購買雅虎的note3 14000元是福利品

而後在第十天的時候退貨他有十天鑑賞期

是有使用過幾天後就沒使用了

不過後來雅虎購物中心的代理商表示

電線有髒掉

他有拍照不過我看不出來

應該是一點點而已

而手機有碰撞到一個小痕跡

大約0.1minter

也不知道是本來就有還是我們去用到的

在第十天的時候聲請退貨

因為之前都懶懶的聲請

後來會退是因為一萬四覺得才保固一年負擔太大

而後想說買二手的好了二手的七千元

不過現在雅虎購物中心的代理商說

有髒汙不能退

若要退要負整修費一萬元
不然就是整隻買回去

請問這樣該如何主張呢

覺得很誇張有點不合理
