台健保署減支出調降藥價逾6千項

【大紀元2015年02月06日訊】（大紀元記者徐翠玲台灣台北報導）衛福部自102(西元2013)年起試辦「藥費支出目標制」，103(西元2014)年健保藥費支出金額為1,507.7億元，超出預設目標值1,425.6億元，超支額度為82.1億元。為減少藥費支出，健保署6日表示，排除醫療上的必要藥品及罕見疾病用藥，從104(西元2015)年4月起，將調整6,963項藥品價格，其中6,821項藥品價格調降、142項調升，平均調幅約為5.3%。

這次用藥調整主要針對心血管、糖尿病、腫瘤與B肝用藥。其中幾種知名藥物，例如降血壓的「脈優」，每錠健保價將從7.9元降為6.8元、降幅約14%，或預防血栓的「保栓通」，每錠售價也將從51元降到47.1元、降幅約8%。

健保署醫審及藥材組科長郭垂文表示，針對比較常用，民眾幾乎都會用到的，總共有10個品項會調降，這一次平均調整幅度其實都沒有很大，平均調幅約為5.3%。◇
