遏炒作農地 宜蘭農舍審查將趨嚴

宜蘭縣政府今天說，為遏止農地炒作歪風，農曆年後將從嚴審查農民身分認定標準及農舍相關興建。

縣府表示，即日起2個月內暫停核發農民資格、農舍建造執照及農業設施容許使用證明。並將農舍建造執照及農業設施建造執照審核權，由原本各地鄉鎮市公所的權限中，收回縣政府統籌辦理。

此外，在農曆年後，縣政府將聘請府內外專業客觀公正人士組成專案小組，建立更嚴格的農民身分認定標準及農舍興建審查等原則並進行審查。
