塑膠容器將加強稽查

盛裝食品的塑膠容器若不耐熱，恐釋出微量毒性，不宜入口。衛生福利部食品藥物管理署為了健全食品塑膠容器前端管理，今天啟動強制標示之食品器具、食品容器或包裝品項加強稽查計畫，由地方衛生局到工廠前端檢驗產品的耐熱溫度等項目，預計4月底結案，5月初發布稽查結果。

食藥署簡任技正王德原表示，食品的器具、容器或包裝，都應以中文或通用符號明顯標示品名、材質名稱、耐熱度、容量、負責廠商、原產地和製造日期等，也應加註微波警語。若違反這些規定，又未限期回收改正，可依食品安全衛生管理法處以3萬至300萬元罰鍰。
