柯P突襲爭地要錢？張善政：中央地方合作

台北市長柯文哲昨率隊拜會行政院副院長張善政，洽談空總土地使用，卻「突襲」拋出爭取陸軍保養廠、要求中央償還北市府代墊捷運新蘆支線建設款，爭地要錢，被解讀頗有踢館意謂。

張善政上午受訪時緩頰，他不認為北市府是來爭地要錢，中央與地方政府本來就需要合作。張善政認為陸軍保養廠用地是由空總議題衍伸而來，不應說是夾帶；至於代墊款是相當久遠的議題，北市府昨日的說法聽起來邏輯合理，且照北市府說法，監察院與審計部也曾糾正北市府不應墊付這筆款項，行政院會進行確認，若北市府說法為真，他不覺得提出這些要求是要爭地要錢。
