發現! 好特別的車牌, 上面的裝置是做何用途呢?

金屬突出物? 那就是有名的保桿打洞器呀~

當你感覺你的保桿太過平滑無趣時,只要看到路邊車輛有這樣的高科技配備,
就可以在停車時輕輕靠上,幫自己做出完全客製化的個人特色呀!

或是該車車主佛心來的,也不排除主動的幫別人的保桿點綴點綴...

總之是我可能一輩子跟不上的高科技產品呀...

車牌的部分,我就沒特別注意了
