全球女議員20年來翻倍但成長似停滯

【大紀元3月6日報導】（中央社日內瓦5日法新電）國際國會聯盟（IPU）今天表示，全球女性國會議員人數過去20年將近倍增，但增幅似乎停滯了。

總部設在日內瓦的國際國會聯盟由全球166個立法機關組成。秘書長馬丁‧春鞏（Martin Chungong）說：「沒有自滿的空間。」

在1995年，全球女議員前十多的國家大多在歐洲，特別是北歐國家，但現今的情況卻很不一樣。

國際國會聯盟說，撒哈拉以南非洲國家目前有最多女議員，盧安達女議員占國會63.8%，其次是南美洲的玻利維亞和歐洲國家安道爾侯國（Andorra）。

瑞典排名第6，同時也是自1995年以來，唯一一個每屆國會都有超過40%女議員的國家。

但增幅去年大致停滯，2013年成長1.5%後，去年全球女議員比例僅增加0.3%。
