垃圾袋沒寫名字　空有保險套抓姦不成

桃園市1名江姓男子，在劉姓妻子（36歲）離家出走後明查暗訪，去年7月得知她與李姓男子（47歲）經常在蘆竹區一社區同進同出。某日社區警衛告知江男，劉女拿了1袋垃圾到社區的垃圾低溫儲藏室倒，江男便前往儲藏室一袋一袋的翻找，在垃圾袋中找到1包內有用過的保險套和衛生紙的垃圾，並據此向警方控告劉、李2人妨害家庭。

桃園地檢署檢察官表示，這袋垃圾沒寫名字，且也沒有任何文件可證明是劉、江2人所棄置的垃圾，警方依法也無法把江男找到的保險套和衛生紙送驗，在沒證沒據下，今天予以不起訴處分。（張沛森／桃園報導）
