颱風吹落工地鷹架、圍籬　新北祭鐵腕開罰、勒停工

【曾佳俊／新北報導】強颱蘇力步步進逼台灣，最易發生意外的高樓工區，新北市政府祭出鐵腕，要求各工地填寫自主檢查表並回傳，切結保證做好萬全防颱準備，萬一鷹架、圍籬與吊塔等任一設施禁不起強風豪雨，而發生倒塌、掉落意外，除勒令停工外，工地起造人與監造人各罰至少1萬8000元，即日起亦同步展開稽查，建設公司說，已要求工地不得有任何疏失，政府的要求是對自己的一種警惕。
