【短片】CNN估蘇力雨量400毫米　日下修強度

【綜合報導】第7號颱風蘇力來勢洶洶，中央氣象局在上午8時30分發布海上颱風警報，美國CNN氣象預報也認為蘇力颱風不容小覷，將會帶來強風暴雨。CNN氣象主播也表示，台灣是多山地形，土石流的發生無可避免，預計明日傍晚蘇力就會影響台灣。

此外，CNN也預估蘇立恐帶來200~400毫米雨量，但台灣颱風洪水研究中心主任李清勝認為，北部山區將有600至700毫米降雨，若中心登陸地區將會面臨16、17級強陣風。

另一方面，日本氣象廳修正蘇力的強度，昨日氣象廳預估蘇立恐怕會變「猛烈級」，而今日氣象廳預估，蘇立強度會從「非常強烈」轉為「強烈」。
