我目前玩的Samsung GALAXY SII、R、Note、Ace2、S4讓我愛不釋手，至於這個問題很簡解決，不清楚你的手機型號，我所的手機都有"工作管理員"顯示功能，設計上的原故吧。

我用Note截圖給你看，USB儲存裝置還有那麼多空間，是因為高階手機內建ROM是16GB起跳，分割預設2GB為系統儲存裝置，剩下的都會顯示於USB儲存裝置。
系統儲存裝置，是提供下載安裝app使用，USB是提供玩家自行建立資料夾，儲存私人檔案資料用，當你USB儲存裝置小於16GB，就是高階以下手機容量，必須以SD卡來擴充，最佳是16GB卡，而當你擴充了容量，就可以將內建USB儲存裝置裡的東西，搬移到SD卡上，當然希桶儲存裝置的app一樣可以。

就點2個程式舉例，當這個程式有支援SD卡安裝，移動到SD卡的選項就會反白，此時只要按下，程式就會轉移安裝，給你參考～
