櫃買中心宣布，因蘇力颱風來襲，台北市政府宣布下午2時起停止上班，今(12)日上櫃股票、鉅額交易系統交易至下午1時30分，興櫃股票交易提前至1時30分收盤，盤後定價交易、零股交易均予停止。

至於債券部分，櫃買中心也宣布債券等殖成交系統、外國公債交易系統交易、固定收益交易系統及國際債券交易系統交易至下午1時30分。應屆給付結算正常辦理。

但櫃買中心也指出，證券商營業處所議價買賣(含股票及債券)是否停止交易及交割，則由各櫃檯買賣證券自營商自行決定。
