我的頭髮很毛躁又很油,髮質也很爛

請問我該用什麼洗髮精/乳 & 護髮產品 & 潤髮乳/露

★我現在目前使用的..
洗髮精: 古寶無患子深層洗髮精華露
洗髮乳: 麗仕柔亮洗髮乳
潤髮乳: 潘婷乳液修護潤髮精華素
護髮: syoss絲蘊-水潤順滑髮膜

(PS: 平常我也很少吹頭髮,除非必要的時候)
