【黃楷棟／新北報導】嘉義市長黃敏惠，今日上午和嘉義消防局長游榮修，趕抵2名因公殉職勇消的靈堂上香致意，黃敏惠表示，她來到這裡就是要讓家屬安心的，除了安撫陳媽媽悲傷的情緒外，也承諾一定讓陳奕達順利調回嘉義市來服務並就近照顧雙親。
