兒子車禍受傷　老爸勾結業者詐領勞保失能給付

【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化一名１７歲的許姓少年車禍受傷，他父親委託賴姓、李姓業者代辦申請保險理賠時，許姓少年雖有撞到腦部，也有受傷，但情況並不嚴重，但許父竟與兩名代辦業者勾串，要向勞保局詐領勞保失能給付。
許父等三人要求許姓少年去醫院看診時必須坐輪椅去，問診時手、腳也不要舉太高，因此讓會診的醫生誤認許姓少年無法從事任何工作，因而開立勞工保險失能診斷書。
許父等人事後再拿著診斷書，向勞保局申請勞保失能給付約２１萬元。全案彰化地院今天審結，法官依詐欺罪判決許父４月徒刑，緩刑２年，至於賴、李兩名代辦業者則分別被判處８月、１０月徒刑。
