（中央社記者林琳柏林12日專電）國際透明組織指出，「2013全球貪腐趨勢指數調查報告」關於台灣的民調是由與「中國社會科學院」關係密切的北京世研公司執行。蓋洛普國際更改委託機構並未通知國際透明組織。

國際透明組織亞太部東亞暨南亞區高級主任廖燃在接受中央社記者訪問時指出，國際透明與蓋洛普國際(Gallup International)聯繫溝通，也發現問題很大。

他指出，由於蓋洛普國際在台灣沒有合作夥伴，所以委託在中國大陸的民調公司執行台灣部分的調查。問題在於，當慧思（WisdomAsia）不承接此案而轉交給北京世研後，蓋洛普國際並沒有告知國際透明組織。

網站資料顯示，北京世研（CRC）掛靠在中國社會科學院（Chinese Academy of Social Sciences）新聞與傳播研究所。1020712
