問題一：架設一個網站需要申請什麼嗎?
如果要的話需要大概多少錢?

我的回答是：你如果做好一個網站，你可以申請部落格（例如：Plurk、雅虎部落格......等），放在部落格上，只要申請帳號就好，不必花錢

問題二：若想要自己做需要用什麼軟體?

答：你可以使用網路架設軟體，例如：Microsoft Office FrontPage（我本人覺得2003版本就很好用了）如果要下載的話，網址如下：

問題三：如果請人做又要多少錢?

答：這點本人我不太能回答，因為要看你找誰幫你作，大家的收費標準不一樣，建議你自己作囉
