【戴之聖／基隆報導】蘇力颱風挾帶強風大雨襲台，今天下午彭佳嶼也感受到颱風的威力，島上的草吹得東倒西歪，彭佳嶼附近海域浪高達7到9呎，島上岸巡官兵已做好防颱準備，包含雷達都已經固定好。
