LOL無法進入遊戲

因為重灌所以去官網下載GGC 可以登入英雄聯盟
但選角選完後要進入登入頁面卻跳出遊戲
官網說要這樣解決
無法啟動遊戲的夥伴們，請更新後使用以下方式來進行修復rundll32.exe。

Step1
點選 Windows 開始鍵，於搜尋框輸入cmd

Step2
右鍵以「以系統管理員身分執行」

Step3
輸入 sfc /scannow 並確認，讓系統進行掃描與驗證，結束即可。
但是我找不到CMB
請大大幫忙一下
