炎炎夏日,汁多味甜的西瓜算得上是最受欢迎的“纯天然饮料”。在中医里,西瓜被称为“天然白虎汤”,其味甘性寒,具有清热解暑、生津止渴等功效。现代医学研究也发现,常吃西瓜能起到利尿、开胃、促进新陈代谢的作用。西瓜虽好,每天吃的量最好控制在200~400克,有几类人群更是应该少吃。
  长口腔溃疡的人:由于西瓜有利尿的作用,口腔溃疡患者若多吃西瓜,会导致其体内的水分和一些矿物质被过多排出,易加重溃疡症状。
