北京房價登天高　25人擠住22坪屋

【綜合報導】北京東三環的高級住宅房價超高，每坪房價上看101萬元台幣，連帶房租價格也水漲船高。

當地一個約22坪的兩房住宅內，除保留廚房和洗手間外，全部空間都放置鐵床，擠入25人居住。雖然屋內衞生環境惡劣，但租客們因每月薪資只有約1萬4千元台幣，付不起一般住宅約9千3百元台幣的租金，只好以每月約3千7百元台幣的價格租住床位。
